Valorion Hospitality Group, LLC, a locally owned, veteran-owned Tim Hortons franchise operator, is looking for dependable, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Early Morning Bakers and Food Preparation Team Members.

As we prepare to open our first Tim Hortons location in Prince William County, we’re building a team committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products and exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

As an Early Morning Baker / Food Preparation Team Member, you’ll play an important role in preparing the fresh products our guests enjoy every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare delicious sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items according to Tim Hortons recipes and quality standards.
• Bake and prepare donuts, muffins, breads, pastries, and other baked goods.
• Ensure all products are prepared, cooked, and presented according to established standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary food preparation and work areas.
• Keep bakery displays, production showcases, and food preparation stations properly stocked throughout your shift.
• Monitor product levels and prepare additional items as needed to maintain availability and freshness.
• Follow all Tim Hortons food safety procedures, operational guidelines, and equipment instructions.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, unloading supplies, and organizing inventory when needed.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Help create a positive guest experience by taking pride in every product you prepare.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for reliable team members who enjoy working with food, pay attention to detail, and understand the importance of quality and consistency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be available to begin work as early as 4:00 AM, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to work an early morning shift, generally from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Willingness to learn and follow established recipes and preparation procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving supplies.
• Previous food preparation, bakery, or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist teammates as needed.
