Valorion Hospitality Group, LLC is a veteran-owned, locally based franchise company founded with a shared commitment to service and community connections. As Northern Virginia residents and business owners, we understand the people, energy, and diversity that make this region special, and we strive to create welcoming spaces in the communities we proudly call home.

Our goal is to grow a hospitality company known not only for operational excellence, but also for the way we care for people. The values shaped through our military service continue to guide us today, including integrity, accountability, teamwork, discipline, and a responsibility to serve something greater than ourselves.

We chose Tim Hortons because the brand represents the kind of everyday hospitality we want to bring to Northern Virginia. Its quality coffee, fresh food, familiar favorites, and welcoming spirit fit naturally into the lives of busy professionals, commuters, families, students, and neighbors throughout our region. More importantly, Tim Hortons has a longstanding tradition of bringing people together and creating a sense of comfort and community.

Managing Owner

Todd is a seasoned entrepreneur and accomplished business leader with extensive experience building companies, guiding growth, and turning vision into long-term value. His strong business acumen, strategic perspective, and disciplined approach to decision-making have enabled him to successfully navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship and organizational growth. As co-founder of Valorion Hospitality Group, Todd provides strategic leadership, business guidance, and the experience needed to support the company’s growth. He brings a thoughtful approach to planning, financial stewardship, and opportunity development, helping position Valorion to build a strong foundation and grow into a successful, enduring hospitality company.

Drey Gibson

Operating Owner

Drey is a co-founder of Valorion Hospitality Group and an operations-focused leader committed to building businesses where people, service, and performance thrive together. His leadership is grounded in strong operations, thoughtful decision-making, and a commitment to creating businesses that make a lasting impact. Drey’s focus centers on operational excellence, team development, guest experience, and meaningful community connection. A U.S. Army veteran, he brings discipline, accountability, and a service-oriented mindset to his work, with a specialty in creating welcoming restaurant environments, empowering employees, and fostering trusted gathering places within the communities Valorion serves.
