Valorion Hospitality Group, LLC, a locally owned, veteran-owned Tim Hortons franchise operator, is looking for friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front Counter Cashiers / Team Members.
As we prepare to open our first Tim Hortons location in Prince William County, we’re building a team dedicated to serving great food, quality beverages, and exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do
As a Front Counter Cashier / Team Member, you’ll be one of the first faces our guests see. You’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring accurate orders, and delivering the friendly, efficient service Tim Hortons is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Process cash, credit card, mobile, and gift card payments while ensuring transaction accuracy.
- Provide correct change and receipts, and follow established cash-handling procedures.
- Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions, and explain current promotions.
- Prepare, package, and serve food and beverages according to Tim Hortons quality and presentation standards.
- Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and ready for guests in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front counter, dining area, and service stations.
- Restock cups, lids, napkins, packaging materials, and other supplies as needed.
- Address guest concerns professionally and seek assistance from management when necessary.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating procedures.
- Assist with other restaurant duties, including food preparation, beverage preparation, cleaning, and stocking, as needed.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately process transactions.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing quality service.
- Willingness to learn and follow Tim Hortons procedures and operating standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform general restaurant duties.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Previous cashier, retail, food service, or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required.
No previous restaurant experience? No problem! We’re happy to train motivated individuals who bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
